Dunzo
Dunzo is a pioneer in the hyperlocal quick-commerce and delivery space in India, allowing users to order groceries, food, medicines, and packages from local merchants for delivery in under 20 minutes. Operating a network of dark stores alongside merchant-partner locations, Dunzo utilizes an algorithmic delivery dispatch system that optimizes courier routes and manages real-time local supply demand. The startup recently integrated its operations with the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), expanding its merchant reach and enabling seamless local commerce transactions. Having raised over $380M from key corporate backing (including Reliance Retail and Google), Dunzo has faced severe cash management cycles, serving as a prominent case study in the H1 2026 consolidation wave of capital-intensive delivery logistics.
